Plus Size Red Queen Costume for Adults

Loved the costume when it arrived, until I tried to put it on. Ordered size 3X and the sleeves are just ridiculously small. Why on earth would you increase the size of literally every other part of the costume, but not increase the circumference of the sleeves? I was not able to move my arms because the sleeves were so tight. They sewed elastic into the sleeve- great idea- but then sewed the gold ribbon right over the top of it so the elastic can't stretch! Totally defeats the purpose of the elastic! I had this on for literally less than 3 minutes and it was already cutting off the circulation in my arms. A shame, because the rest of the costume fit great and it looked good. Sadly this is getting sent back because I can't wear it like this.
