Very lightweight.

This stuff is light and fluffy, takes a little bit longer to dry than you would expect given how lightweight the stuff is but it does a good job on smaller areas like nail holes and imperfections in the finish. It does say it is not intended for skim coat and while I would not try it on a joint, if you have a small area of imperfection it works just fine.

I have this 'pillar' on my front porch that takes a beating in the 'Mile High City'... It had lots of areas where in the winter, the snow would collect on the edges and over time, it had a lot of dry rotting... This DAP Spackle is amazing and made it look like new again!
