I really like the set. The chairs are very comfortable and rock. It did take a descent amount of time to put together. We ran into a problem because there were two loose pieces that came with it but not included in instructions.. Emailed Hanover and never heard from them. Called them and they were clueless! I bought this set for my daughter for Christmas. It came in one large box and packed very well. Assembly instructions easy to understand and all pieces for assembly neatly packaged and correct. Very pretty set.

The set is certainly well made. The entire set required assembly which took about an hour and a half. The seat cushions however could have been a bit fuller and softer.
