AECOJOY Patio Furniture Sets on sale, Aluminum Outdoor Furniture Set with Fire Pit Outdoor Sectional Sofa- Blue

We received this item without the hardware and manual. I have gone back and forth with the seller asking for a refund. We were offered $100 to buy the hardware ourselves and I declined and requested the refund. Then they said they could and another and it would be 3-4 weeks. I declined and requested refund. I need the refund. If they want to come get their items they can. However, I'm not repackaging and shipping it, happy to toss it in the trash.

Very disappointed in the quality of this framework. There was missing parts, multiple bent parts including a leg for the couch. The bent leg was also cracked at the weld. Holes did not line up correctly with corresponding parts had to re-drill holes. Missing the middle support leg for the couch had to manufacture one. Where leg is bent and cracked had to reinforce and manufacture a gusset. The height of the backs of the furniture is 12" tall from seats and when you lean back it hits you about in the middle of your back. Was supposed to be a black frame and it was dark gray. The cushions were supposed to be Navy Blue and are a blue but not navy. The word disappointment is not strong enough for me. I would not recommend ANYONE buying this cheaply made product ESPECIALLY at the price point they are selling it for. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!!!
