Shelf bra only, no padding. I should have reviewed the description more carefully. This does not contain padding. I'm wearing these exclusively as my daily tops with a sweater or cardigan on top when I leave the house. I'd like a little more coverage. But it is what it was described to be and the material and cut/fit is of a good quality.
