I'm LOVING it!

I LOVE my Dedica Maestro Espresso Machine! But, it took me several attempts to brew what I think is a perfect latte. I discovered the grind I had used for my Delonghi manual espresso machine was too course, so I now grind my beans more finely. It also took a few attempts to froth my milk properly. In the past I used either 1% or 2%, but changed to whole milk as recommended for Dedica Maestro. This change produced a latte like the ones I had and loved when in France a few weeks ago. The Dedica Maestro heats up rather quickly, which is a bonus. Another bonus, after having used a manual espresso machine, is once I press the button of choice, it automatically starts and stops! So long Starbucks for my espresso drinks, because I will now only get food items.
