Olive oil just makes mayonnaise better
I don't know what the olive oil does to the mayonnaise, but I do know it tastes really good and I use it on all my sandwiches that require mayonnaise. I really like the stuff. I highly recommend it and it lasts quite a while in the refrigerator.
