A nice small drill.

I knew this brushless model was more powerful and more power efficient than the brushed version, but the much shorter length and 1/2 pound lighter weight (compared to the brushed model) was a very pleasant surprise. I had tried a Milwaukee m12 installation drill but my hands were too big for its shorter grip and I didn't like the lock on it being located on the top. This brushless hart drill is small but has a big-person friendly grip and a normal direction-lock switch that I prefer.

ive used the name brand tool like DeWalt, Ryobi, Milwaukee, etc...Unless your doing new home or heavy duty commercial construction, Hart tools are perfect! now that they offer brushless options, they have gotten even better. been using Hart brands for nearly two years, not a single one of the tools ive purchased have broken, and have held up very well.

Wood turners and Pen makers read!

I make pens on my lathe and usually work with wood and acrylic pen blanks. I needed a drill I could use to square the blanks I had ready for sqauring because my drill press broke. I bought this and just tried it. It has the power to sqaure acrylic pen blanks with ease. This is my new sqauring tool for this step in the prep process. It's worth the money. If you're like me on the hunt for a good drill for sqauring, this is that drill. Your hunt is offically over.
