Great colors %26 tons of fun. These balls are nice %26 soft, but they also don't crush easily at all. My son's played in the ball pit a lot and he's hefty, and we haven't had one crushed yet. I think most toddlers and preschoolers love ballpits. Honestly, though, elementary kids usually adore them, too! They are so fun for all kinds of things, like hiding toys in for an 'Easter egg hunt', or playing sorting games (Who can fill their bucket with only blue balls the fastest?, OR for more challenge, Who can fill their bucket with every color EXCEPT the blue balls?). We have an 'epic' playpen for our son made out of playpen activity walls. It's got a slide in it and a Montessori gym. It's one of his favorite toys. I use disinfectant spray on the ball pit, and mix the balls up, then use more to maintain weekly cleanliness. I think it's one of the best toy investments we've made, hands down. When grandparents come over to play with our son, they really enjoy seeing him slide down the slide and make baskets in a toddler basket hoop attached to one of the playpen walls! :) If you actually wanted to put the balls up after using (we definitely don't do that), these PlayMaty balls actually come in a storage container.
