Neutrogena Smokey Kohl Water-Resistant Eyeliner, Deep Navy, 0.014 oz

So this was a customer service issue. And I Will Say they were right up on top of this. They sent this out right away as a replacement for an item that was no longer for sale. They were fantastic at the customer service issues and offered me something I had never tried before. I LOVE LOVE LOVE what they offered me to replace my item. I'm now gonna add this item to my regular makeup routine. Thank you for a real customer service that actually takes the time to talk to you!!!! All is good with me!!!!!!!!!

Have been able to use any eye makeup brand until last couple of years due to eye sensitivity. So starting using Department brand, because could tolerate and stayed on. Decided to try Neutrogena again when noticed new Kohl and Gel liners. I like Kohl so tried it first in gray and navy. WOW!! Very impressed with wearability, intensity, ease of application, and price. Then had to order plum online, because could not find in stores. Will definitely continue to use these liners. Just hope, they come out with dark green or aubergine colors. Have dark brown eyes, and think either black or dark brown colors do not enhance my eyes. I also hope they keep liners in their lineup instead of every few months or years they quit selling them. Then I will b forced to go back to Department brand.
