I love that I can get this large size of Heinz Whochestershire sauce at Walmart. Other sizes are available, but I use lots of sauce on any pan-fried, broiled, or grilled beef or pork. I love the rich, slightly tart flavor. And, if I'm making a gravy, too, I start by adding a little water to the pan following cooking the meat. I use my whisk to loosen all that yummy goodness from the bottom of the pan. Sometimes, I even add more Whochestershire Sauce. Then, I add milk and flour or corn starch paste for thickening. I stir this over medium heat until it bubbles. That's all the flavoring I need.

Hienz Brand Worstershire Sauce. Great product and economical compared to other brands. It is an excellent marinade for beef, pork or even chicken dishes. It's great in Bloody Mary's too. I have even used it in some seafood receipes, even in soups. Excellent product.

It's a deep sauce.

This sauce is a trick question sauce. If you think about it, all that it is,is fish sauce with salt andmore flavors. IF you are allergic to Shell fish, you might want to look into this more, or ask your Doctor aboutit. Now, its deep and heady and packs a huge flavor in all dishes you use it in. It will not disappoint you at all. A staple in the fridge. I have one bottle in the frdige and one in my pantry, I am never without it. Pairs best with beef, but seriously you can use it almost anything, for a deep rich flavor.
