The TV came perfectly wrapped with no scratches or damages. After mounting, very little to no adjustments were needed. It seems to auto adjust picture quality. It was noticed that there are sound differentials between stations/pictures and the sound has to be adjusted up or down. Especially while viewing streaming apps. Unlike the 55 inch. Not sure why that is. Other than that, enjoying the TV quality.

This was the perfect size for our wall before it interferes with being in front of the light switch. Great size for entertainment, GREAT PICTURE and I love the remote (which has certain buttons on it like a Roku remote) you can also access the remote a more simple way on your phone.. the phone remote feature is PRETTY COOL !!

very large tv.. happy with the purchase and so far have ran it for 8 hours, not warm at all and downloaded multiple streaming service that normally isn't available on streaming devices.. definitely going to be cancelling our Direct TV as its no longer needed.. love it
