Melting Directions: Double Boiler: Place 2 cups morsels in top double boiler over hot (not boiling) water. Do not cover. Prevent water from coming in contact with morsels. When morsels begin to turn shiny, stir constantly until melted. Once melted, immediately remove top pan with melted morsels from bottom pan.We recommend melting no more that 2 cups of morsels at a time. Once melted, use immediately. Melting Directions:Microwave: Melt  2 cup morsels in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 45 seconds; stir. If needed, microwave at additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted. Microwaves vary, melting times may need to be adjusted.

Bought these because the bigger bag wasn't available, which is not ideal during cookie season, but let's be clear: they're still Nestlé Toll House chocolate chips, and they absolutely did the job. Cookies were baked. House smelled amazing. No one complained about chip-to-cookie ratio (out loud). Would buy again… preferably in the larger size.

I love making Chocolate Chip Cookies and these are the best chips to make them all Year. When you bite into the first Cookie, the Chocolate fills your taste buds from memories from the past. My Kids also asked me to make them Chocolate Fudge at Christmas Time and these are my go to Chips for that recipe too. Whether you make Cookies or Fudge, you will be happy using these Nestle Chips.
