Kwikset 95530-017 Polished Brass Montara Two-Point Locking Single Cylinder Handleset With Juno Knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Montara Handleset when I had my front door replaced this past summer. It looks and works great, and love the SmartKey feature. I've installed Kwickset SmartKey locks on three entry doors, both handle and dead bolt, and on two utility doors in the garage. I did have an issue with re-keying the handleset cylinder though. Initial unsuccessful re-keying was performed by the door installer. The replacement handleset from Home Depot would also not re-key. Kwitckset send me a replacement cylinder that was easy to replace and worked properly, without the hassle and extra time of sending in the receipt. Although it would have been great if the original cylinder had worked properly, the great customer support has made me a loyal customer.

Recieved this as a replacement for a very old set that was getting difficult to fully retract the latch. contacted customer support and the technician identifed the best match and sent a new complete handset!! It was very easy to install and had smart key so I keyed it to my existing key MYSELF and that was very easy also! Fantastic customer support and service. Kwikset is the ONLY lockset hardware I will consider in the future.
