Love this avocado oil!

I am very happy with this organic avocado oil by Plant Junkie. I've been living a keto lifestyle for the last two years and I'm always in need of healthy fats like avocado oil. Within the last few months I've heard about how good avocado oil is for you and the many benefits. It's great for frying because it has a high smoke point which makes it an excellentchoice for frying foods. The flavor is mild and pure tasting. It came packed well and in perfect condition. Avocado oil is rich in antioxidants and healthy omega fats which can help reduce the risk of dementia and heart disease. Avocado oil is worth the investment to better my health.

Ooh I love this!

I’ve never tried avocado oil and I’m a Dietitian! So I was VERY excited for Plant Junkie’s avocado oil. So far I have used it on high heat to stir fry (with sesame oil) stir fry steak, to make garlic/butter spread Texas style toast but using the oil instead of butter to make it dairy free, made hummus and I even used it in making boxed brownies. It definitely is a neutral tasting oil! I appreciate that so much because we love olive oil here, but it’s too strong of a flavor for some things. The cost is a little off-putting and that’s the only downside.
