. 1. Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a full rolling boil. 2. Blend Roasted Beef Gravy Mix with 1/2 cup cool water. Mix or whisk until lump free. Set Gravy Mix Blend aside. 3. Pour the Gravy Mix blend into the boiling water. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until thickened. Remove from heat.

Absolutely the best gravy mix ever!
The Pioneer Roasted Beef Gravy Mix is the closest to homemade I have ever tasted. It actually has a beefy, tangy taste. It is so much better that the McCormick brand and even the premixed jar brands. I have to add enhancers to the other brands of gravy mix but this is perfect right out of the packet. I just added water as directed and it was perfect. The 2 cup size packet is a bonus.
