Great canned sweet potatoes! Can even be pureed for casserole if you don't have time to bake/boil your own for the holidays. It can save you a lot of time: just drain, add some butter, sugar, and 2 eggs, mix until smooth and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes with brown sugar on top... or add marshmallows for the last 5 minutes.
