I dislike the fact that the pump does not touch the bottom of the jar/bottle; ergo, there's a Huge amount of loss of the product which I spent money on believing I was getting a full bottle. The company claims (I emailed them) that the pump is positioned that way due to physics. That is a lie; physics in no way explains this, and it is just a way to cheat customers.
