Instructions
Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor. Use by date on container. Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, handling, and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and if you need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use. 1. Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils. Pour water clean into bottle (see mixing guide). 2. Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.8g) to each 2 fl oz of water. Return dry scoop to holder in lid. 3. Cap bottle; shake well; attach clean nipple. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Storage: Once mixed, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 24 hours. Store unopened or opened container at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Use opened container contents within 1 month. Do not reuse container. Mixing Guide: Measure water - 2 fl oz; Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 1 scoop (8.8 g). Measure water - 4 fl oz; Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 2 scoops. Measure water - 6 fl oz; Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop: 3 scoops. I would rather 4 1/2 stars ….
My daughter had really bad spit up issues. And I probably tried almost every formula that I could try. She handles this one very well. Spit up reduced greatly and she seems to enjoy the taste of it. There were a few that we tried that so it was relief that she liked this one. When her spit up issues act up still I get her the ready to feed. It seems to even work better than the powdered.

No palm oil!
Unfortunately this specific formula did not work for my son due to his CMPA. However, this formula was very easy to mix and did not have an offensive smell. Plus, my baby liked the taste as well. If he didn't need hypoallergenic formula (Alimentum), I would have likely gone with this instead. I especially appreciate that Similac does not use palm oils in their formulas.

Grandson's formula that does not upset his stomach. This is a bit more expensive than others. There should be a scoop leveler attached to the inside of the container to make leveling the scooped powder easier.
