Preparing this canned food is easy; just heat in the microwave in a microwave-safe dish for 1 minute or in a saucepan on the stove top over medium heat. Store the 8 ounce can of beans in your pantry. Lift tab to rim - pull back slowly. Stove Top: Empty contents into saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Empty contents into microwave-safe dish; cover. Microwave on High 1 minute 15 seconds or until hot; stir before serving. Refrigerate unused portion in covered storage container.
