I'm a remote construction worker, without access to a microwave, a fridge or nearby restaurants, and I got tired of cold canned food and salty snacks. Those biscuits and gravy hit harder than a stampede after a cold night on the trail — good, hearty stuff that'll stick to your ribs. Shelf life's longer than a desert sunset, and it's light as tumbleweed in your pack. Cooks right in the bag, so no dishes to wrangle. Just a heads-up — there ain't no measuring cup, so make sure your boilin' rig's got one handy. I let mine soak a little longer than the label says, and if I'm car campin', I throw in some extra sausage for good measure. Mighty fine eatin' under the stars
