Incompatible With Cellphone Headsets
It''s a great device as long as you put your phone device directly up to your ear, without using headsets. I always use ear bud type headsets with my cellphone because holding the cellphone to my ear is not as convenient without the headset. Therefore, the headset ear pieces themselves have to fit in the ear OVER the microphone to get a pickup, and that arrangement makes it difficult to keep the headset ear piece in place without physically holding it there with one of your hands.
