Would give five stores if only: 1) Not wild about the handles, went with some different ones. Offering a choice of handles would be an improvement. 2) We have really hard water. Even though we use a water softener, Everywhere on the faucet that comes in contact with the water as it comes out started turning white. Putting some type of clear coating on that surface would help prevent this.

We purcased a Pfister faucet Ashfield F-049-YW1K from Home Depot 2 yrs ago with a lifetime warranty. Problem is, the product looks fantastic and we have received so many compliments from family and friends, but after 2 yrs of use, it now leaks. To get the replacement part will take 7-10 days. We paid $164.00 at Home Depot for this faucet which now has our bathroom sink unusable with 6 of us in the household to get ready in the morning. For us, this was a very expensive faucet but with the guarantee we felt it was worth it. Little did we know that it would take so much time to get replacement parts. So we go to Home Depot and they no longer carry that model...but they do. They only changed the model number by one number...exact same faucet. So naturally, Home Depot will do nothing either.
