Customer Service is Examplary
I purchased this faucet 20 years ago and it has been superb. I have had to replace a couple parts, but with Price Pfister's great customer service this procedure has been painless. I call, they answer the phone quickly, no question about replacement parts under warranty, and they are shipped in a timely manner. It is so refreshing to find a company that still adheres to putting the customer first. Thank you

VERY SLEEK AND STREAMLINED!
I am in love with this faucet. I've just got it installed, but even when I first opened the box I could tell how great it would look! Once installed, it's even more beautiful. I love how it's open at the top for you to see the water coming out. Very, very cool! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Beautiful and Great Customer Service
I have had this faucet going on 3 years now and still get compliments on it all the time. The biggest problem we have had is our water has stained the "waterfall" portion of the faucet. But upon contacting Pfister, they promptly sent me a replacement. Not many companies still stand behind their products like this anymore.
