Great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this faucet! This faucet will replace my low kitchen faucet. I like the height of this; it will make filling pots much easier especially with the pull down sprayer. I needed to call Pfister to get the plate to cover the three holes and they promptly sent it without cost to me! Their customer service was fast and efficient! So glad I got this faucet. It was easy to install by myself and it is solidly made. I've had Pfister products before and they stand by their warranty!

Great faucet

Easy installion basic plug and play. Directions were easy to follow. The design and quality of materials put into the product is outstanding. I would definitely reccommend.

FUNCTIONALITY MEETS ELEGANCE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "Port Haven" (GT529-TDS) pull-down kitchen faucet by PFISTER with a height of 42.5cm (from faucet body base to spout top), a spout arc outer diameter of 26cm (inner diameter of 17.5cm), and body circumference of 16cm (spout circumference of 9.5cm) has a nonremovable sprayhead with eco-friendly, efficient stream, spray, and hydroblade modes. Following the step by step instructions along the accompanying printed manual (installation videos are also available @ pfisterfaucets.com) the installation was easy while only requiring an adjustable wrench. After 15 seconds of full hot and cold water test run, the faucet was easy to operate especially for us, an aging couple. Furthermore, the polished finish was easy to clean and maintain only with a soft damp cloth. In short an easy to install, an easy to operate, and an easy to maintain eco-friendly, efficient, aesthetic kitchen faucet!
