The high waist is really flattering, and it's great for a more professional look or clubbing at night!The skirt is stretchy, so it's more forgiving if you order the wrong size, but at the same time, do not order too small because it is supposed to be tight.

Too Small but cool skirt
I am 5'3" and weigh 107 pounds. The skirt stretches a lot but I thought it was too tight - a size medium would probably work. However, the skirt is so cute that I have asked my granddaughter to come over and try it on - so will give it to her if it fits her and if it doesn't I will send the skirt back. I hope this helps.

I was so pumped when this skirt arrived and tried it on immediately, of course. I'll admit, I was extremely leery of it not fitting right since I've been disappointed in the past with online purchases..but it fits perfectly, and the length and color is just right for a professional atmosphere where I intend to where it.
