Petco Brand - Bond & Co. Black & White Floral & Plaid Reversible Dog Collar, Large, Blue

I purchased the matching leash to this collar in-store, but the collar was only available online. It gets 3 stars because the collar is not actually reversible and the online size chart is incorrect. I purchased size small (qty 2), one for my small dog & one for my medium dog. The small dog (13-15 lbs) on the tightest closure it slipped right off over his head. The medium dog (19-22 lbs) it fits normal with the 4-finger test, testing for comfortable gap between the collar and his throat without slipping off, but that was on the last closure, the 5th loop for a size small? No xtra-small is available in this style which matches their leash. To keep the set, I needed to find a seamstress to punch holes beyond the 5 hole, adding 3 more holes for it to fit my small dog! It's very disappointing because it's a beautiful collar with a sturdy construction.

I first got the medium size as it seemed like it would be the best fit, but when I received it, it was way too small. I returned it and ordered a large, and now it's so big it falls off my dog's neck. The buckle also isn't firm since it's a reversible collar and seems like it would come undone easily.
