My kittly LOVES it and even sleeps in it at home!

My kitty LOVES this. She gets extremely anxious when travelling in the hard case that I had to use before I got this. She feared it and knew it was going to be difficult. Every time I tried to use the old hard case she ran for the hills! Such drama!
