Consult your healthcare professional for use with children under 2 years of age. Instructions for Use: 5 scoops of powder (Using the enclosed scoop: 5 unpacked, level scoops = 1/3 cup of powder) + 3/4 cup water = 1 serving. Once mixed, the shake can be refrigerated and should be used within 24 hours. Once opened, store powder in a cool dry place and use contents within 3 weeks.
