These have changed my dog's and my life. Once used I wash out, then put on spin cycle in washer and then hang for air dry. I was so tired of cleaning up his accidents. They have elastic and fit so well along with strong Velcro. My dog is 15 and he adjusted to these immediately. The fit is excellent.
