It tastes good to me, I like it.
I like the taste of this! I don't know exactly how Dal is supposed to taste, but I think this is good. I eat it with sticky rice and naan (warm the naan for a few seconds first). It's easy to make: shake it well, tear it open an inch, and microwave for 90 seconds. I like the limited ingredients and that it's not made in the USA or full of bioengineered ingredients. Most importantly, I don't feel heavy or bloated after eating it. I don't taste anything 'weird' like I do with other foods. I'd say try it once and judge for yourself. I do like foods made in the USA but I don't trust some of the ingredients they use. And I'm trying to avoid bioengineered foods. I've bought this several times. I do recommend it.

This makes a quick, easy dinner! I warm up frozen grilled chicken pieces in a pan and dump a bag of Pumpkin Coconut Lentil Dal and a can of coconut milk in the pan. Stir it all up, add a dash of curry powder and serve over rice. So easy and super delicious!
