Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100°F/40°C, will compromise the probiotic culture. This product differs in appearance and taste compared to milk- or soy-based formulas. It may separate when chilled. Simply shake well prior to feeding. Non-GMO. No artificial growth hormones. Alimentum is a registered trademark of Abbott Laboratories. Nutramigen is a registered trademark of Mead Johnson & Co. Parent's Choice Hypoallergenic Infant Formula is NOT made by or affiliated with Abbott Laboratories or Mead Johnson & Co. Parent's Choice Hypoallergenic Infant Formula does not contain the identical proprietary ingredient blend of prebiotics, patented levels of nucleotides, lutein and lycopene in Alimentum. Non-GMO. DIRECTIONS FOR PREPARATION AND USE: Your baby's health depends on carefully following these preparation, use and storage instructions. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm. Before preparing the infant formula, make sure to always wash your hands. Clean can top before opening and thoroughly wash bottle and feeding utensils in hot, soapy water before each use. Ask your baby's doctor about the need to boil or sterilize water for formula and the proper preparation of bottle and feeding utensils. IMPORTANT NOTICE: BREAST MILK IS BEST FOR BABIES. Before using an infant formula, ask the advice of your healthcare professional. Powdered infant formulas are NOT sterile and should NOT be fed to premature infants or infants who are immunocompromised unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. This product contains L rhamnosus HN001 which is not intended for immunocompromised infants or for premature infants. 1. Clean can top before opening. Wash hands, bottle and feeding utensils in hot soapy water prior to preparing formula. 2. Pour desired amount of warm water (approx. 100°F/40°C) into bottle. (See Feeding Chart on container.) Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100°F/40°C, will compromise the probiotic culture. 3. Add powder. Always add powder to water. 4. Cap bottle and shake well until powder is dissolved. Feed immediately. Discard any remaining formula in bottle after 1 hour from start of feeding. Storage: Store unused prepared formula in the refrigerator at 35-40°F (2-4°C); use within 24 hours. DO NOT FREEZE. Warm infant formula to room temperature and shake well before feeding. Prepared formula should not be without refrigeration more than 2 hours. Store open and unopened cans in a dry area at room temperature. Cover the opened can tightly with plastic cap; use contents within 1 month. Avoid any extreme temperatures.

LOVE that this helps our baby just as much as name brands for half the price! He's had tummy issues since coming home from the hospital. We tried every formula before trying name brands hypoallergenic. It was the only formula that didn't make his constipated. The down side was it made him have blow outs ALL the time and it was so much more expensive. He now drinks 6 ounces and we do 2 scoops of “similac” sensitive and 1 scoop of this. I was so excited and thankful when I saw store brand hypoallergenic formula that works the same!

Works just as well as Nutramigen (and not all of the generics do, but this one does) and costs a fraction of the price. Our little guy has felt so much better and his mommies appreciate the affordable price tag! We use the Dr. Brown formula mixing pitcher to prevent clumps and it works great! Highly recommend.
