My go-to choice for replacing electrolytes (especially when snow shoveling, like today, I carry a bottle with me for a quick pick me up). The unflavoured, colourless one is an excellent product for seniors to have on hand, as well as parents of small children. But ... the deeply coloured, artifically flavoured varieties are terrifying - why on earth do parents even consider giving small children such "fake food"?!?

Does have a taste, like a very slight salty vitamin flavor. Not over whelming. I mix a few drops of juice and have no issue getting my 5yr old to drink. I like using this because it is dye free! I prefer to name brand, works better and doesnt leave that artificial sweetener taste.
