lovely but easily broken

Mine broke almost instantly at the tip when trying to put it on and they were kind enough to give me another bracelet. Also they had to show me how to open the heart clasp with my fingernail as it was a puzzle to me at first. Be very careful putting it on, don't be stressed out or in a hurry. But it's probably the prettiest thing I have and I have three charms for it already. I loved seeing the ad with The Little Mermaid actress Halle Bailey with her charm bracelet. So I'm so happy to finally have one too.
