Not everything works for everyone, and your skin changes overtime, but this works! For me. I have mixed skin more oily than dry. I'm very sensitive. I'm 36 with hormonal breakouts and I'm mixed so I can get dark marks easily from melanin. I did have skin purging for 2 weeks but I knew it was purging it was bringing Everything out not making my acne worse and now I noticed not only less trapped cystic hormonal pimples during that time of the month but my skin looks better,clear, more balanced and dark spots improved. I use this at night before bed and then Aveeno brightening scrub in the morning. No irritation at all, which I can't use Benzyl P and a lot of retinol creams and other creams have either irritated or made me greasy and breakout. This is handling all my problems in one with easy use and no irritation whatsoever so ever. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I have terrible oil skin and I think this works perfect on my skin. I use the panoxyl face wash follow with the exfoliating and it gets up whatever my face wash doesn't catch. So my face is 100% clean of oil makeup ect. I do have acne prone skin as well I have seen a difference in my acne. I still get acne but not a full blown out acne I'm use to.
