Palmini Low Carb Hearts of Palm Angel Hair Pasta, 12 oz – Non-GMO, Vegan, Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Kosher, Shelf-Stable

What a shock I received when I tried this ! I know you may have cringed when you saw "they are made of what ?" But dont be fooled, this is the BEST substitute for regular pasta, or the Konjac noodles, by FAR. Buy one, try it, you WILL spend the money to buy more if you are vegan, or dieting or cant have regular pasta. Its non gmo, keto, gluten free, low carb %26 calories, kosher...you name it . Think it became famous on Shark Tank. Anyway, its super easy to make - open package, run under water and wala ! its done ! Add your sauce, meat, veges, whatever you want, and you are set to eat. By themselves, they taste like nothing much, just bland. But when you add your sauce etc, you cannot tell its not pasta. In fact, its nicer because it has a small "crunch" to it. I prefer the thin angel hair (though the linguini is great also). Now I don't have to forcibly eat all the other wannabe pastas and enjoy this one when I want. A bit pricey over the other non-pastas, but aren't you worth it ?

I made spaghetti with these and absolutely loved them as a low carb substitute for regular pasta noodles. I rinsed them thoroughly and boiled for about 6 minutes, following the package directions. Then I drained them and stirred in my homemade red sauce and enjoyed a delicious low carb meal! I just wish they were slightly cheaper in price, but I will be buying again when I need my spaghetti fix.
