Blade comes off during use

Similar to other reviews, the Blade comes off way too easily. Even after repeatedly tightening lockscrew. The Blade came off during use, which makes this tool dangerous.

SAVE YOUR MONEY

BLADE #24 worked as expected. But when I attempted to change to blade #7, I was NOT able to install onto the handle. It doesn't fit.
