Great chocolate but damaged in shipping.

These are great caramels/chocolates. The provider didn't package them for mailing in warmer weather and one case was completely damaged from the heat. The others were damaged a little bit but I was able to use them. I've been trying to get a full refund for the full case for weeks now and am being ignored. They refunded me $11.49 for one jar, but actually owe me an additional $39 for the 5 other jars and a portion of the shipping.
