It is the best instant Kimchi Ramen EVER.
I have tried over a dozen brands, and this is the best instant Kimchi Ramen ever. It is so close to what I make at home I'd rather buy this than put in the effort. It is nice and spicy, the way I like it. The noodles stay firm and never mushy, and it even comes with a hearty portion of real kimchi in a packet. The portion size is more than enough to leave you feeling satisfied and full. If I owned a restaurant, I would serve this as a signature dish with some egg, shrimp, or tuna in a fancy bowl topped with sprouts, and no one would be the wiser.
