Pacific Coast Restful Nights Standard Size Natural Latex Foam Pillow

Ordered this pillow once & we really liked the size & how it fit our head & neck. Was very comfortable so we ordered a second pillow. The second one had an order mix-up of some kind & was delayed. We were told it would eventually be shipped. When arrived it was in a much smaller box than the first pillow came in. When we opened the box the pillow was crammed in & squished very tightly. We pulled it out & thought it looked smaller than the last one ordered. We let the pillow "rest" overnight to see if it would "recover" from being so very tightly packed. Alas it did not. You could put two pillows together & see the last one recd was visibly several inches smaller in length & diameter from the first one. Jet was very good about letting us return & sent us a prepaid shipping label. Would like another pillow like the original we had purchased a month prior but will not bother in case we get a wrong size again.
