I ordered this on December 26. It said it was "delayed." I notified Walmart at the end of January and they said I should cancel it and then reorder it. I told them the price I paid was $19.98 and the reorder of the same item was listing at $39.99! They told me they would reach out and ask them to send a replacement. Then I got an email from the seller refunding my money with no explanation and no replacement. It's called bait and switch.
