Operating the Jackrabbit is simple with a top facing twist latch with a weather sealing latch on the driver’s side that can be locked and unlocked with a key. Just turn the lock with the tailgate up or down and the continuous spring tension spring will allow the tonneau cover to retract into the canister. Pulling on the strap will re-engage the latches so the cover can be pulled along and lock at 12” increments so you can haul taller cargo with the cover partially closed. The convenient tail rail works as a handle so you can close the cover with the tailgate is up. The strong rolling top is made with interlocking aluminum slats covered with a padded polymer surface that will help keep your cargo secure and protected from the elements while excess rainwater is routed out of the bed through drain tubes.
