The blue is true and as pictured. The size of 11” is perfect for serving, holding fruit and veggies, and holiday decorations. It will hold an elaborate meal (seafood, artichokes, Italian), so only this bowl can hold entire meal. One bowl for one person. Does take up much of a dishwasher, however very easy to hand wash. Really a great item for the price.
