A Return Hassle!

The item itself (clear tubing) appears to be durable enough for most uses, but that is not the problem. If you purchase something within WalMart, there doesn't seem to be a problem doing so. The problem is when you order something from WalMart.com. In this case, the size was incorrect (as seen in the photos) and I attempted to return this unwrapped, unused item to WalMart, in the original wrapping. They refused it and said I needed to contact the Seller directly for the return. It is the Tasharina Corporation (8171 Dixie Highway; Florence, KY 41042). Due to the hassle of this 1 item, I doubt I will ever order anything again from this manufacturer and I also doubt I will be shopping at WalMart (specifically) online again. If I need something like this, very specific in sizing, I will go directly to the outlet and ask about their return policy. What a hassle!!!
