We chose the 11 foot rotating cantilever in pebble gray. It seems to be made well and fairly sturdy. The fabric is durable and the rotating feature is nice to have as an option if we need to adjust it against the sun rays. I would not rely on it being able to withstand wind of 30mph per the instructions of use, however. We do have it on an upper tier of a retaining wall, and after using the umbrella for a couple of weeks, a wind gust came through that was nowhere near 30mph (I verified it on the local weather app) and literally picked it up and threw is backwards onto our bottom retaining wall ledge that was 4 feet below it. Thankfully nobody was hurt as my cats were outside at the time. I did reach out to Purple Leaf directly and was assisted by an agent named June. She was responseful and helpful and assisted in getting pictures and other information to better assist us in coming up with a solution. She offered certain replacement parts based on the pictures I sent and what I explained the damage to be. Replacing the umbrella and broken rib was a bit of a pain, but I was able to get the job done. We also had a replacement base sent as that had been punctured during the fall. Overall I think it's a good product for the cost, but I wouldn't trust having it up during any kind of wind activity. We did add water to the base and added a couple of sand bags on top of that just to make sure that never happens again, but I do have an uneasiness with it happening again. If it's in a protected cove of sorts, away from any wind gusts or wind in general being able to take it away, then you should be fine. Their customer service is definitely responsive and agent June was kind and helpful throughout the process.
