Poor Quality Product; Great Walmart Customer Servi

The chair appearance is nice. However, I ordered four chairs; two were very nice and looked like the picture. The other two chairs were damaged. The material was sagging and not of good quality. When requesting a replacement for the two chairs, the vendor asked me to fix them myself; I declined and asked for a replacement again, the vendor came back and asked that I fix the chairs again and offered a partial refund. I declined again and did not hear back from the vendor. Walmart engaged, provided me with a refund and will work with the vendor for resolution on their end. Walmart was very supportive. I am a happy Walmart customer.
