Do not take more than directed unless advised by your doctor. The bottle top is a measuring cap marked to contain 17 grams of powder when filled to the indicated line (white section in cap). Adults and children 17 years of age and older: fill to top of white section in cap which is marked to indicate the correct dose (17g). Stir and dissolve in any 4 to 8 ounces of beverage (cold, hot or room temperature) then drink. Use once a day. Use no more than 7 days. Children 16 years of age or under: ask a doctor.

I take a dose daily and have not been constipated in over two or three years very calm. My doctor told me that it was safe for any age and I put it in water and stir it till it’s dissolved and you can even put it in the fridge for a few minutes. It’s definitely better cold, but you could add that to any drink a highly recommend it for anyone that’s not regulated

If you suffer from chronic constipation this is the product for you. Consult your doctor first. I take 0.2 of and ounces in my coffee everday. It took some time and patience to figure out how much I should take. I would start with a small dose and increase depending on your results.

I bought this for my cat. Her Vet told me to give her and 1/8th of a tsp mixed in with her food. After a Vet visit because she was straining to potty and after xrays and other test it was determined she was backed up with bowels.I put it in her canned food at dinner. After giving her this she has been having good bowel movements and no more straining.
