It's a small radio with a big radio punch. I don't like the microphone it's too small. But it does have good modulation. I replaced the mic with a D104 Astatic and a 4 pin to 6 pin adapter. It receives very well, and has some really good features. I'm buying another one for my son for Xmas.

This President Radio is nothing short of Amazing!!

This is an amazing little radio!! It has all of the usual features of a standard export 10 meter radio and THEN SOME!! 50 watt's stock, highly accurate self calibrating swr meter, channel scanning feature, change channels with the channel selector knob, or by using the up and down buttons on the top of the microphone, 12 bands of AM and FM frequencies. PLUS it has 7 color screen options to choose from, echo, Roger beep, TalkBack, President's exclusive Auto Squelch Control, mic gain, RF gain, variable RF power output, and so much more!!! ALL of these things packed in a little radio that is smaller than, or about two/thirds of the size of a Cobra 25 ltd classic CB Radio!! I mean you can't beat this radio for the features, and the power output in a super compact size!
