I bought it for my daughter who is 16 for extra storage and so she can display some of her stuff. I put it together by myself in about an hour, no issues everything screwed into place. I really hate putting things together so I dreaded this but It was easy. The height goes to about my waste I am 5'5. It's a bit wider but doesn't take up too much space. Sturdy but I can move it by myself I really like it. My daughter loves it in her room
