PDP REMATCH Wired Controller for Nintendo Switch™, Star Spectrum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so so excited to be able to get this really neat Super Mario themed Rematch Wired Gaming Controller for my Nintendo Switch, from PDP Gaming. It's such a pretty colored controller & I honestly couldn't wait to get it in my hands to look at the really cool faint Super Mario print that's on the controller bottom up to the middle but it fades out as the print goes up the controller. It's still beautiful. I know it's going to be the perfect Christmas gift for my little ones! They love playing their Nintendo Switch & with a really great controller like this one, they can play well with a nicely made, quality controller, play safe with decent cord size, have no batteries to replace all the time or any to charge and it is so pretty to look at, it's not going to be a boring controller just laying in my living room! It's at least going to be a nice piece to incorporate with other gaming themed stuff/character swag that we already have sitting on shelves in my living room. I would like to say a huge thank you to the way they packaged this controller, because they shipped it with so much care so that it wouldn't get broken during shipment, and that's something I really appreciated. Plus it arrived to my home so fast! I didn't even know it had shipped until it arrived on my porch because my tracking hadn't updated yet. The Controller itself had a nicely put together box of it's own. It has the standard Nintendo colors & a picture of the controller that shows the beautiful colors & Super Mario themed print on it and the packaging was super easy to remove the controller from. No silly hard plastic that takes forever to get open thankfully! Once you get the controller out of it's own packaging, it's the easiest thing to go over and plug the controller into the Nintendo Switch. That's really all you do because the Nintendo Switch will connect itself to the controller because it's wired straight to it. No having to try to connect anything extra which is wonderful because it's my 6 year old who will be playing the Nintendo Switch and using this controller the most. That means there won't be anyone yelling for help to try to get it to connect to the Nintendo Switch and I can stop having to replace batteries too!! It's just a great thing to be excited about! The Controller seems to be very well made, with very good quality materials. It doesn't stick or anything. It works perfectly to be honest. No more complaints from my kids about the controller messing them up in a game now! When you look at the vibrant colors, it looks so pretty. I love how they made this controller look. My only issue is that I wish they would've the Super Mario themed print a bit brighter so you could see it better. It's not as bright when you look at in real life compared to it's box. But, you can still see lots of the detail & characters & designs that used. I do recommend that you give this controller a try if you're looking for a really nice, well made, good working controller for your Nintendo Switch. You cannot beat the quality of this controller at all! Plus it'll save you money by not having to replace batteries all of the time! What more could you ask for?!
